Shipping & Delivery
If your order is over Qar 400, delivery is FREE; below this amount, it starts from 20 20-riyal delivery charge. (Depends on your location)
If your order is over 400, you get FREE delivery. if you return the item, you are still qualified for FREE delivery.
Returns
Yes, we offer an exchange service. you will need to return the item and get the new one, and pay the delivery charge. The exchange is only possible within 3 days.
No refunds or returns on items that are discounted.
At present, this option is not available, but we are working to introduce this service.
Once your order has been received online and the payment has cleared will be delivered the same day.
The refund process takes place within 7 working days. The customer must raise a refund request within 24 hours of purchase.
