🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase for full-price items only.

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase on full-price items.

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The original invoice/receipt must be provided

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for items bought at a discounted price

❌ Opened Items

• Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange

• We do not accept returns due to a change of mind after opening the item

📞 Order Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel an order:

1. Call us directly to start the cancellation process

2. Explain the reason for the cancellation

3. Request a refund (if applicable)

If your order is cancelled by us du...e to item unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or incorrect and the fault is ours:

• We will provide an exchange for the same or a similar item.

• Replacement delivery will be free of charge.
