Does Korean Beauty guarantee authenticity of products?

We are committed to bringing you only 100% authentic products.
Korean Beauty guarantees the authenticity of every product in our website. All products are sourced either from authorized and verified distributors or directly from the brands.

How long can I keep using the product after opening?

You may check the expiration date, usually printed directly on the product or Period After Opening (POA) symbol to refer to the time a product remains usable after opening.

Can I send an item back if I have a reaction to it?

Please stop using the product immediately if you suffered a reaction from it and contact our Customer Care Team. Please note that we do not hold responsibility for such cases. However, we will try our best to resolve any issue as we possibly can. We may refer you to the main manufacturer of the product for them to directly issue your concern.

Payment Methods

Which method of payment do you accept?

Qatar: We accept payment via cash on delivery, card on delivery and all major credit cards through the website.

Other GCC countries: We only accept card payments via SkipCash payment gateway.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

At the moment, we deliver across all areas in Qatar also in other GCC countries.

How much is the cost of delivery?

Delivery Rates:

Inside Doha - QAR 25.00

Outside Doha - QAR 30.00

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We offer same day delivery on orders before 4:00PM to all areas in Qatar. The delivery schedule is arranged according to area. You can expect your package between 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, for requests beyond our delivery timings, a special delivery charge of QAR 10 will be added. No deliveries on Fridays and National Holidays.

For other GCC countries: You can expect your package in 3 - 4 days.

Returns

What is your Returns Policy?

Kindly note that we are unable to do refunds however, we can do return and replacement in case that the parcel was damaged. That includes any leakage, breakages, and any sign that the parcel was tampered with. You can send an email at support@koreanbeauty.qa with photos showing how the parcel was damaged including all details. Please leave the package retained as it is, until we resolve the issue.

Gift Cards

Are Gift Cards refundable?

Unfortunately, our Gift Cards are non-refundable, any remaining balance cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
